Recommended consumption for adults:
Latest findings from the application of ApuXan® for more than 3 years lead to the following intake:
1 spray each into the left inside of the cheek, under the tongue and into the right inside of the cheek, wait 2 minutes, then swallow. Repeat this procedure 3 times, i.e. 9 sprays in the morning, at noon and in the evening before meals and brushing your teeth.
This means a total of 27 sprays per day.
This intake should be carried out for 3 months. After that, the dose can be reduced individually to 3 times 3 sprays in the morning and evening or only in the morning. Thus either 18 or 9 sprays daily. Thus the 4×30 mL pack is sufficient for 2 to 3 months.
